“The delivery was quick and product was exactly what I wanted. In fact, I made a mistake when checking out, ordering the adult tie instead of boys. All it took was one email, explaining my mistake and regret that I would have to return because I didn't have time to return the tie and wait for a replacement before my event in a few days. Tieroom sent a replacement without me having to send the mistaken ordered item first. It arrived in time and the return was easy. Excellent customer service.”

“I ordered these ties for my sons wedding party. That are fabulous! The quality is outstanding and they made it to Hawaii extremely fast! Usually shipping here takes much longer! I will be ordering more ties from here again!”
