“Puzzle was as fab as expected. Ordered stickers for 3 children but sadly they all came in one (pretty card) folder, causing difficulty in giving to 3 separate kids”

“Cutomer service was brilliant, answered question really quickly and were very helpful. Quality of item also very good, however, the pictures on the puzzle were very dark, much darker than the photos sent in so that was disappointing.”

“Love the stickers, the choice of colours and the staying power of the iron on labels. I wish your promotions for back to school took into account the earlier start to school in Scotland - it’s really annoying to get promos or communications weeks after you’ve had to order things for school starting in August.”

“I love the variety of pictures and colours available for labelling the kids' school and nursery stuff. BUT I would say that the iron on labels for clothing need improvement as they begin to lift up at the ends within a very short time of being ironed on. Within a few washes they need to be re-affixed which is difficult as removing a label leaves white marks behind. If they could sort this out I would give 5 stars.”

“I ordered 2 sets of personalised wooden jigsaw puzzles for my sons for Christmas. They arrived on time and in really cute packaging. I would say the packaging could be more secure as the puzzles are in a box that allows pieces to fall out if shook even gently, and there was 3 pieces loose in the Packaging when I opened it, I would have hated losing a piece when they were not cheap. Although the cost is slightly more than other companies they are still very reasonable and the quality is really good. Colours and lettering is clear and vibrant.”
