“I love the variety of pictures and colours available for labelling the kids' school and nursery stuff. BUT I would say that the iron on labels for clothing need improvement as they begin to lift up at the ends within a very short time of being ironed on. Within a few washes they need to be re-affixed which is difficult as removing a label leaves white marks behind. If they could sort this out I would give 5 stars.”

“I ordered 2 sets of personalised wooden jigsaw puzzles for my sons for Christmas. They arrived on time and in really cute packaging. I would say the packaging could be more secure as the puzzles are in a box that allows pieces to fall out if shook even gently, and there was 3 pieces loose in the Packaging when I opened it, I would have hated losing a piece when they were not cheap. Although the cost is slightly more than other companies they are still very reasonable and the quality is really good. Colours and lettering is clear and vibrant.”

“I was very satified with the sticky labels, I paid extra for the iron on ones but was very disappointed they didn't stick on very well and they came off after a couple of washes. Very sad”

“I love your products, but previously I bought some name labels and had to buy race cars for both my boys as there was very limited choice. The following week, you brought out a whole new range. If I had realised that you were about to release new designs, I would have waited. You also had an offer for free pantry labels with the new designs, so I felt I missed out twice! If you're about to release new designs, I think you should put something on the product page to say that new designs will be released within the next couple of weeks.”

“Photo magnets were a well received Father's Day gift. Packaging a bit cheap and cardboard sleeve too big for our letter box, so had to collect from local depot.”

“Didn't let me know when item was dispatched, after the expected delivery date i had to contact them to ask when I will receive it. They didn't respond until I asked them a second time.<br/>But nice product time will tell.”

“I ordered through Tinyme's Facebook offer, which was possibly a mistake, as the ordering process was overwhelmed and my order wouldn't go through the website, and I got no response to the query I sent through on the same day. <br/>However, when I contacted them about the charge for postage, for something I thought I hadn't ordered, they advised that the order had gone through, but that they would cancel the postage charge for the trouble.<br/>So while I probably wouldn't order through a Facebook offer again, the quality of the stickers is really nice, and their follow up service was very good. Likely to use them again.”
