“Labels didn't come in time for my daughter starting school. Were only shipped on the day they were due to arrive by (2 weeks after placing order) - no contact made to let me know they were running late, only when I contacted them. When I contacted them I was blamed and told it was because I didn't provide the full address (I surely did or the form wouldn't have submitted). This was after another employee had admitted fault because they had a large volume of orders. Very poor customer service and will not order again. Only gave 2 stars because when the labels finally turned up they seemed to be of reasonable quality and haven't fallen off yet”

“Loved the stickers and they are quickly adorning a lot of bits and bobs in preparation for the return to school. I did want the name puzzle for my granddaughter, unfortunately you don't go up to 10 letters in a name so unable to purchase.”

“Think your name sticker labels are great. Although I haven't started using them yet they look bright and sturdy. Great promotion that you ran too. However, I thought your postage was rather steep for not even half an A4 sheet of paper. Seems we were paying to have a catalogue delivered that we hadn't requested which we could view for free on your website.”

“My son & I love the variety of designs. The quality of the stickers seem good but haven't yet tested them out on his clothing or water bottle. Glad I was able to get them on a deal (free letter of the day, just pay p&p, '3). Received the product nearly 2wks after ordering.”
