“When my item didn't arrive on the estimated date I emailed tinyme, I did get a swift response although they must be based in America whereas I am in the UK so every response came in the middle of the night for me. They explained that the item wasnt actually dispatched until the day it was supposed to arrive, this caused an additional almost week delay. Very polite and informative operator though.”

“Choice of product is fantastic, love the designs, love that can choose font etc. You HAVE to choose from their 'packages' and combinations of product. I found this very frustrating, this is obviousy so they can make more money, while I can understand this, as a customer, you feel trapped. What I really wanted to order was 4 shoe stickers, with transparent protectors, about twenty small iron on lables and a few sticky stickers. It's exactly how school photos are sold, it's annoying and not customer friendly. If I can just order exactly what I want, it makes it so much easier and less frustrating and I am so much more likely to order again next year and the year after that. I have a boy and a girl, so to get all the lables I wanted I would have had to spend an absolute fortune (at a time when I have just spent loads on uniform items). Being customer friendly might not make you the most money as a company in one single order but if you get it right, repeat orders and recommendations will be better for you in the long run.”

“My order was \lost in the post\" I had to wait their recommend time before I could contact again. Eventually the issue was sorted and i received my stickers a few weeks after paying. When they did come they colours and pictures used are lovely and clear”

“I had problems ordering products as the tiny me creator was faulty. I used the chat function to ask for help, staff were very helpful. She emailed me when the fault was fixed, and as I had missed the discount weekend, she extended the discount for me. Very helpful.”
