Choice of product is fantastic, love the designs, love that can choose font etc. You HAVE to choose from their 'packages' and combinations of product. I found this very frustrating, this is obviousy so they can make more money, while I can understand this, as a customer, you feel trapped. What I really wanted to order was 4 shoe stickers, with transparent protectors, about twenty small iron on lables and a few sticky stickers. It's exactly how school photos are sold, it's annoying and not customer friendly. If I can just order exactly what I want, it makes it so much easier and less frustrating and I am so much more likely to order again next year and the year after that. I have a boy and a girl, so to get all the lables I wanted I would have had to spend an absolute fortune (at a time when I have just spent loads on uniform items). Being customer friendly might not make you the most money as a company in one single order but if you get it right, repeat orders and recommendations will be better for you in the long run.
