When my item didn't arrive on the estimated date I emailed tinyme, I did get a swift response although they must be based in America whereas I am in the UK so every response came in the middle of the night for me. They explained that the item wasnt actually dispatched until the day it was supposed to arrive, this caused an additional almost week delay. Very polite and informative operator though.
