“Labels didn't come in time for my daughter starting school. Were only shipped on the day they were due to arrive by (2 weeks after placing order) - no contact made to let me know they were running late, only when I contacted them. When I contacted them I was blamed and told it was because I didn't provide the full address (I surely did or the form wouldn't have submitted). This was after another employee had admitted fault because they had a large volume of orders. Very poor customer service and will not order again. Only gave 2 stars because when the labels finally turned up they seemed to be of reasonable quality and haven't fallen off yet”

“Slow postage- Scotland starts back to school earlier than England so we were into second/ third week of term before these arrived. Expensive for a few labels really, wouldn't have bothered if they weren't on offer!”

“Good quality labels, both fabric and plastic. However they took about two weeks to arrive which was longer than they originally stated. Although when I contacted customer services they did respond within 24 hours with an update on the status of my order. Slightly more than I would have paid but overall I would recommend”
