“Regular customer so disappointed to have last sizeable order a paid up Saturday delivery go Pete Tong & failed to arrive when the goods were necessary for project on Monday...caused problems for my business & all I received was a limp apology & the Saturday delivery money refunded...not good enough people...I lose out u carry on without loss...a small token discount would have been in order.”

“Splendid service. Had a call within 30mins of ordering confirming whether we could accept a pallet delivery the next day. Delivery on time, all intact - good prices and availability on the whole range of BAL products. A few items were cheaper elsewhere but it was easier to place a single order. No hesitation in shopping again with TileFix.”
