“The first time I bought with trade fix I bought Orbry boards in volume and they came on a pallet NO PROBLEMS GOODS GREAT!!! Next time 20 sheets of Marmox 4 MM sheets on TNT and every corner was battered I ended up after complaining and getting told to try and use them, cutting 40mm off both ends to give me a chance of using them. I hope to be given a discount if I order again but maybe not.”

Hi Richard, thanks for your review and sorry to hear some of your boards were damaged by the courier. Our customer services team noted that not all boards in your pictures were damaged - and when they offered to replace the damaged ones you had already passed these on to the installer. “Excellent service. Spoke to two different guys and they both knew the products. Very helpful with my specific delivery needs too. Only issue I had was with the actual transport company used which is no reflection on Tilefix. The TNT driver did not treat anything in the back of his van with any care even though everything had Fragile stickers on. The driver didnt even assist me unloading, just stood and watched me struggle.”

“Delivery, despatch and communication excellent but I had a lot problems with the website. I tried to open a account a few times but didn't work. I was asked for a pass word which I put in after which I tried to purchase. The pass word was promted and filled in automatically but wasn't excepted. The only way I could purchase was as a guest at a hirer price. Took to long nearly gave up. Regards Roger”

“Needed 4mm backer board which was showing out of stock online. Emailed to find out when product would be back in stock. Got a very quick response from Peter at Tilefix. He searched their branches and amassed the number of boards we needed. These were then sent out in record time and were excellently packaged so no damaged occurred. Would definitely recommend Tilefix. Very professional in their approach”
