“I had to purchase some 6mm orbry backer boards for a shower room job, I ordered around midday online, had an email shortly after to say goods had been despached, They were delivered at 10am the next morning. Fantastic response time and delivery.. Will keep using tilefix....well done.”

“Used price matching service. Was a bit cheeky, as they claimed the price-match i gave was only for in-store delivery (so wouldn't honour it). I live in Northern Ireland, so they then charged £10 delivery for a lightweight item. Overall, Not Impressed, but had no choice to use them due to time limit.”

Thanks for leaving a review, our price match terms & conditions clearly state that the price must be based on an equivalent service. Regarding delivery charges, we only pass on the cost of delivery - we do not make any money on our delivery prices.

Thanks for your review, you should receive a confirmation email from us and another when your order is dispatched - as well as an email/text from the courier. Check your junk mail if you have not received these emails.

“Ordered & arrived, no problem with that at all. The online receipt system did not work for us, messaged back & heard nothing. Now have to waste time chasing up VAT receipts. For the £15.00 we saved on our purchase Vs our usual supplier we'll now waste in labour & phonecalls trying to get a receipt sent. UNDERWHELMED........”

Thanks for your review. As you chose to check out as a guest there is the option to print an invoice at the end of the checkout process - if you create an account you can log in and print an invoice at any time. I have spoken to our customer services team who have not received a request for an invoice from you, but they are going to send one over ASAP.

“Collected from Farnham Halfords store and whilst wrapped in plastic the interior box was soaking wet on one end. Really hope it still works when electrician tests in January? Disappointed not a see a packing list (I'm referring to the devimat product), various bits fell out of box but no idea what was supposed to be in box? Won't be installed until towards end of January so hoping not to have any problems with function or registering guarantee, etc. due to delay?!”

You will need to contact the courier regarding any damage caused to the parcel in their care, however our customer services department will be happy to help if you are unsure on the items received in your order.

“As it was the first time of using yourselves I got a bit panicky about the fact there was no acknowledgement of the purchase only that from Google But everything came a couple of days later. Prices are great, nothing wrong with the products and I'll certainly be using you in the future All the best and merrychristmas to everyone over there. Kind regards stuart”
