“Next day quick delivery. This is my second time to order the products from Tilefix. The Orbry tile boards is an excellent product. The builder surprised that how easy it is to fix the tile board to wall prior the tiles. The measurements is good from floor to ceiling. My bathroom is well insulated and warm now. This time I bought the Orbry shower tray set for the wet room.”

Hi Nigel, unfortunately 30a was not the address provided for delivery - hence why the driver could not locate it and the parcel is being returned to us.

“I was very happy with how easy it was to purchase the product I needed at a very good price unfortunately the only issue I have is I paid an extra £15.00 pounds to have the product delivered on a Saturday and after staying in all day as in the terms and conditions the courier needs a signature it didn't arrive it actually arrived the following Monday”

Hi Mark, thanks for leaving a review. We have spoken to TNT as we were not aware of the delay, they have apologised that the order was not delivered on the Saturday and will refund the delivery charge. We've also sent you a discount code to use on your next order.

“Placed my order last week and stressed that we could only accept order the following Monday as the delivery address is a renovation and someone would only be on site then, I was told don't worry it would be delivered then, the person who was accepting order for us got a call on the Thursday before to say delivery driver was at property but he couldn't get over to accept order as he was still 350 miles away, he told them to come back Monday when he would be there, waited all day for delivery, nothing arrived by 4.30 so rang to see what was happening, was told order would be there by 5 to 5.30 , no order at 6.15 tried to ring again phone lines closed, he waited till 7pm no order, he left and then got a phone call around 8.30pm to say order would be there shortly.”

“Fast service at a fair price. Needed the diamond core drills to make numerous mounting holes in new bathroom which was tiles in VERY hard porcelain tiles-- all other drills were virtually useless!”
