“i bought 20 boards from tilefix,..i thought i was buying cement hard boards, i got 6 mm waterproof boards..i don't know if it was me or their description... but it was not what i thought i was buying.. good quick service tho..”

“I wanted some Schluter decoupling membrane, and not many local suppliers stock it. I gave Tile Fix a try, and was very impressed with the service. I also bought some electric under floor heating cable, it was very good quality and the cheapest price on the internet for that brand, so I was pleased about that. Arrived safely and quickly too. All in all a very good experience and I would buy again, and recommend to others.”

“I placed an order for several bags of Bal green adhesive for which I was received free next day delivery. I was contacted within an hour of placing my order to confirm it would be delivered the following day. The delivery driver was friendly and helped to carry the bags in. “I phoned the technical department and was advised to order and use a Touch thermostat and was also advised that if it did not work I would receive a refund. The item unfortunately did not work and I have posted it back for a refund.”
