“phoned company to check product details and the gentleman was very helpful, so I went ahead with the purchase which arrived as stated and was not damaged in anyway as it was well boxed. Will definitely use again.”

“Goods arrived on time but all the packaging was in very poor condition, this was also flagged up by the courier. One or two pieces of sellotape is no way to secure heavy items. Fortunately the goods themselves survived transit intact. Difficult to rate poor packaging but good service = normal Iguess....”

“The was for 40 sqM of Ditra-mat 25. I had booked tilers for the day of delivery. The shop said the order was completed, however TNT only delivered 10 sqM of the order. No real explanation why there order was short. No real urgency about the problem. We had to source the Ditra-Mat at a distributors close to us at a much greater cost and cancel the remaining part shipment. Poor communication, TNT is very bad at letting you know when the delivery is due, what the state of the delivery is and because of this problem, I can no longer trust tile fix direct to actually deliver in any given time period.”

Once we contacted TNT they informed us that the item had been mis-sorted and would be delayed. We do advise that delivery can take 1-2 working days, and that customers should not book trades until they have received the goods.
