“Order was processed very quickly, however, I was very dissapointed with the quality considering what I paid for he book.<br />I had expected the pages to be thicker and and the cover to be more substantial/ better quality.<br />It looks like a heap book I could have purchased anywhere. I ordered it because I wanted it to be 'special' for my Grandaughter's first birthday.<br />I would have preferred a 'hard cover' but did not see an option for one. Perhaps you should consider this option.”

“The service was good, post was received quite quickly for a custom order. The only negative was the puzzle pieces were a bit smaller than I expected and the edges a bit sharp. I didn't realise this would be the case and it was a gift for a 1st birthday. If the puzzles were made slightly bigger it would no longer be considered a choking hazard and would be suitable for a wider age range.”

“Yes by listening to their customer. I was very disappointed with the product and had had paid for express delivery but when the item arrived it was damaged so another one was sent but I did not get it in time. I asked for the $15 express delivery to be refunded but was told it was not your policy to refund delivery charges and was offered a 20% voucher off my next shop.”

“I ordered two wooden boxes with names on them. Even though the names were of the same length, the boxes were significantly different is size. I contacted the customer service to find a solutions and asked if I could have one of the boxes replaced. They said that they simply couldn't do it. It would have been nice to come to an agreement, but it was, unfortunately, impossible.”

“As a new mum with daycare on the horizon I appreciated that the Tinyme website had speciality packs which made it easy for me to select what I wanted. As I didn't really know what I needed, the packs thought of things that I certainly wouldn't have.”

“The name puzzle is beautiful and well made. It was despatched quickly and arrived in good time. My only slight disappointment is that the letter 't' in Katie doesn't have a curve/hook at the bottom, it's just a crucifix style 't'. It really bugs me every time I see it. Just a personal preference, otherwise it's perfect!”
