The sticker pack didn't have useful sizes for labeling pens/ pencils and had a lot of big stickers which aren't much use for anything and not enough small ones. This wasn't made clear on the site

I have used tinyme a number of times over the last 7 years, however I feel the quality is declining.... you don't have the choice you used to have in labels and designs, and the iron labels don't stick properly, and if they do, they come off after only a few washes. The old material was significantly better. <br /><br />I'll be ordering elsewhere next time.

The iron on labels did not adhere very well at all and fell off during the first wear of clothes, even before they were washed.

It's 11th January and my order still hasn't arrived. I asked for help, they couldn't find where it's gone (will certainly never use Parcel Point again) and are reprinting it. I've been told I should get it by the end of next week. I usually love this site and products however this time around hasn't been a great experience. I've been told they will track my order and make sure it gets to me which is nice.... Fingers crossed I see it soon.

I have been supporting your brand for many years, even before it was renamed TinyMe, so it was very disappointing when my two boys received their everyday backpack combo's for the new school year ahead! Not only are there design changes to their usual standard (big boy) schoolbag but the lunch boxes too. Both were smaller & more compact and not sure all their school books, files & pencil case would even fit?! It would've been beneficial to me to know there has been updates or changes to the school bags!!!

Quality not great for the money. The insert of the lunch box was difficult to put back on. Thought it was broken, but after several attempts finally got it on.

I ordered magnetic photo prints and the quality was TERRIBLE. All blurry and out of proportion. I emailed and they said I could return them, which I did, and I have heard nothing since then. No follow-up, no confirmation of receiving my return, no refund. I also ordered packs of the shopping lists and dinner planner which were pretty flimsy and disappointing as well. Won't be using tinyme again as their products are disappointing and customer service leaves much to be desired.

Delivery took really long this time! it's been 4 weeks and i haven't received my order!! i have ordered many times and it never took this long before.<br />I also added stuff to my cart during the promo but i came back and it was over so i had to pay full price! a real shame because i was only one day late.

The magnets arrived with out a trouble, look great and are relatively inexpensive. But the quality could be improved, they are very thin, some ripped when trying to remove them from template and I did not realise that they would not work to hold things to the fridge (magnet not strong enough). This is meant to be feedback for the company, not to be posted publicly. Thank you.

About a couple years ago, when I firstly ordered tinyme I was so impressive.<br />The quality and the printing were very good. So I ordered the second time, and they were also very nice.<br /><br />But this time paper is so glossy and it does not feel premium anymore.<br />Plus, the printing (color pigment, letters) is also not so sharp and somewhat degraded.<br /><br />The delivery is slow comparing to other company.<br />I also ordered Kikki.K from AU same day as tinyme (on Black Friday), Kikki.K was delivered since December 3rd. Throughout the process I received several emails from Australia post about the delivering progress.<br />But from tinyme I just received the product today (December 15th).<br /><br />I used to love your product and quality, and it is a disappointment this time.
