“Im sure this will probably be deleted but i had one of the worst experiences with this company... i paid for the larger back pa k with thw lunch box supposedly attatching to thw front of the bag and instead i cot the smaller bag and lunch box and the lunchbox barely fits inside the smaller bag... i have had sevwral discussions with staff and they wouldnt correct it said i ordwred ths smaller bag svsn tho i attatched a screen shot showing I paid the $85 for the bag/lunchbox combo. Wont so buisness from me again....<br />Natakue”

“There was a field for surname that I couldn't left blank so I put my surname and it came up on the label with the baby name. Ended up throwing away all sticks ordered. I got the answer that the proof was approved but when you do stuff on your phone you cannot see the label big enough to see there was a surname under the name.”

“I ordered medium size photo stickers and paid for medium and recieved only the small ones. I have found this out as my friend has medium ones from your company and mine are tiny compared to hers. Not impressed. Have not had time to be able to complain via phone and seek a $10 refund.”
