“Placed an order on 7 June 2017, and was informed that it would arrive by 30 June. It is now 8 July, and the order has not arrived. Emailed tinyme on 7 July about the whereabouts of my order and when I can expect to receive it. It has been more than 24 hours, but still haven't gotten a reply. Can I have my order please?”

“Afternoon <br/>I have just got back from holidays and received the package.<br/>My order is incorrect I have received two library bags instead on 1 library bag and one pencil case. Also I order my sons name and school on the items - only his name was printed.”

“Sorry, whilst I can't blame it all on tinyme, I can only request that next time a signature is mandatory on all deliveries. Aus Post has ceased investigation into a matter involving delivery to Queensland where the product was \placed in a safe location\". In the end my nephew is left without his present and so the experience is worth a generous 1 star. What was even more unfortunate was I paid the extra to have it made and delivered within the week.”
