“Maybe because I'm a graphic designer and my standards are higher, but the printing quality of the labels was absolutely abysmal. Pixelated, run through colors, low resolution image, unfinished stickers like something an inkjet printer would spit out - do you guys NOT use EPS or was the JPG you printed just a screengrab and not 300dpi resolution? It's my bad for buying off a Facebook ad, I suppose, but I will not be ordering from you again.”

“We are regular return customer to Tinyme but this time the envelope arrived is opened and sticker got contaminated and winkle (folded). Previously when Tinyme packed the sticker will use thick cover paper for sticker but this time probably not that’s the reason caused the sticker get wrinkle and folded. When we pickup the sticker from the consigned pickup point , they could not locate the sticker and I has been stand in there for 20 minutes. I did mention to them it is an envelope not parcel ,and finally they found which is tug behind and under the shelf that’s why cannot locate the package. 😞”

“I have always bought the labels and loved them, but the pastel colours came back very dull and unpixelated (ie lots of white dots within the colour print). The customer service rep said that this was the actual finish & offered 20% off my next purchases in compo. Not entirely happy as the colour range purchased is unusable & need to repurchase now at 80% of the original price before school next year.”

“The packaging didn’t protect the calendars wire spiral at top of the calendar. The calendar arrived folded and unable to turn from month to month. The product would have been perfect if it had been sent in more suitable packaging.”

“Really disappointed I have pitchased the name puzzles from Tinyme 4 years ago the were great quality. This time I purchased a name puzzle for another grandchild it was very plot quality. I would not recommend”

“Ordering was easy however I am yet to receive it. The item wasn't tracked so therefore no updates able to be provided. I placed my order on the 16/11/2020. I require these labels for my Christmas gifts that I have been waiting to post.”

“Name puzzle smells like laser cut / burnt MDF. Very unpleasant - even after 6 weeks or so, so it remains in the cupboard. The old style which was made of plywood was much nicer.”

“Very disappointed in the quality of the “wooded” name jigsaw. The pieces are wooden but the decorations are stuck on and therefore came off the first time the child (18 month old) played with it! I had hoped it would be a keep sake but unfortunately not.”
