I have always bought the labels and loved them, but the pastel colours came back very dull and unpixelated (ie lots of white dots within the colour print). The customer service rep said that this was the actual finish & offered 20% off my next purchases in compo. Not entirely happy as the colour range purchased is unusable & need to repurchase now at 80% of the original price before school next year.
