“I ordered the Christmas labels and book labels...the printing and colour was very poor! It was the $3 special...would hate to have ordered them at full price!”

“The 'level no' was missing from the address so the stickers didn't arrive. The delivery person could have checked the company name easily and find out the level no as it was specified in the address. Unfortunately, the money has been deducted but after 3-4 weeks I still haven't received the stickers. I asked TinyMe customer service people to help me and they seem like they are trying their best but nothing has happened yet. I will warn customers to use standard delivery as TinyMe can't track where it is and its very frustrating. It could be waiting for a couple for couple of months to get these stickers delivered. I wish Tinyme could help me to re-print (or re-print with discounted price etc) as I've ordered many times in the past, but their answer was NO. I will reconsider ordering from TinyMe again in future.”

“I still have not received my order and I'm very disappointed that no one answered my enquiries email sent in regards to my order or tell where is my order!<br/>I received an email saying my order was dispatched on the 5th July and until today still no sign of my order!<br/>Please let me know where is my order!”

“Upgraded the letter of the day pack. Paid money and never delivered. Took two emails to customer service to get back to me to say it had been sent and to check my house for the package of labels.<br />Have since responed (that no, we definitely have not received anything from tinyme) and received nothing back. Understand that there is delay in responding to all emails but honestly will not by from tinyme again. This was my first time ordering from tinyme and really disappointed. I will definitely be letting people know my thoughts on this company.<br />Really sorry as i hate complaining but hate being let down as well.”
