We are regular return customer to Tinyme but this time the envelope arrived is opened and sticker got contaminated and winkle (folded). Previously when Tinyme packed the sticker will use thick cover paper for sticker but this time probably not that’s the reason caused the sticker get wrinkle and folded. When we pickup the sticker from the consigned pickup point , they could not locate the sticker and I has been stand in there for 20 minutes. I did mention to them it is an envelope not parcel ,and finally they found which is tug behind and under the shelf that’s why cannot locate the package. 😞
