“Unfortunately my first order for the magnets was not what I ordered I emailed detailing this. I must say I was happy with the prompt customer service apologising and wanting to rectify my issue.”

“The service is great but the product quality of the bag and lunch bags is terrible I have bought a few back packs and lunch bags with the zip and also received some from friends and every bag the zipper has broken. <br/>I think for the price if the products you would expect better quality and heavy duty zipper. <br/>Being childrens products.”

“The Tiny me drink bottle we bought with the bag doesn't fit in the side pocket of bag which we were assuming and hoping it would for quick access. <br/> <br/>The zippers are not as heavy duty as hoped. The bag designs are still wonderfully cute and unique.”
