“Poor advertising online, when ordering. When ordering my diary, I thought it was for next year, turns out it is for this year, which is no good. No where did it say in the section I ordered it from, was it this years. Very poor. Will not be giving you a good name in the future”

“Quickness of delivery excellent, first product not great, but we are also trying the sticky labels as my daughter really likes the design. Will let you know if those are better. The iron-on labels need to be improved.”

“Website easy to use but shipping really let them down - my parcel was embarrassingly late arriving given that I had ordered before the delivery cut off date for Xmas - I didn't have presents for 5 people on Xmas day, and they didn't arrive til January. Woman on the phone was helpful in terms of talking me through options but there was no way to locate the parcels as Tinyme have not started using the e-tracking system offered by Australia Post. Very disappointing. Has really affected my desire to buy from them again.”
