It’s very expensive to buy all our school labels and receive them to be underwhelmed. The colours are really bleh (not bright at all) and likely more suited to younger school age kids.

I’ve been asked to rate my purchase and I still haven’t received it. It was a waste of time contacting customer service because I was told the same thing as the tracking. Still in the process of being delivered.

The envelope is not water proof and in Queensland it’s rainy all day the letter was left wet in my letter box

I ordered the name puzzle with the box after 2 months of waiting for restock. I was sent the puzzle WITHOUT the box. This is a Christmas present for my niece and she will be very disappointed.

Literally never received my order, which was only a few photo magnets. When I emailed to ask why it was late, they told me to relax and wait for it. Lots of help.

As I am still waiting to receive my order even after it should have well and truly arrived, repeatedly trying to ring and phone never being answered, and still waiting on a reply to my complaint I am not impressed at all.

I ordered a 2022 Family Calendar 19 business days ago and it still has not arrived. Ordered it on 6th November and I have no idea where it is or when it will arrive. The tracker says it is undeliverable.

Better quality. It is not a book. It is a magazine. Offer hard cover books that will turn this from an average gift into something special that can be kept forever.

After just 1 wash, all of the labels are hanging off. These items weren't even tumble dried, it was literally 1 wash. I'm not impressed as I now have to find labels from another company and waste more time standing there ironing them in.

I ordered four name puzzles and when they didn't arrive I phoned customer service and they said they would put a request into the courier company to find my parcel and it will take 48 hours. No offer to call me back, this went on for days. Puzzles eventually arrived and left by the courier on my door step at my business overnight on a busy shopping strip. I love the puzzles but the initial customer service was terrible.

I have bought a personalised puzzle before and it was great. Jumped online and ordered on for our second child and I am disgusted in the quality. The black paint is leaving a mess all over the puzzle and our hands. The print sticker has already worn in a week. The edges are sharp. I cannot let my children play with it.

Unfortunately the items I received was ruined by rain and envelope was toned as well. I have to give up about 10% of items. It’s nice to be plastic free for packaging but when you receive destroyed items it’s very unfortunate.
