“Our last order didn't last two months. The stickers faded and became weakened with normal hand washing. Very disappointed when we have been purchasing for years and never had this issue.”

“I was unable to successfully separate the iron-on name tags from their backing sheets, and those that I did manage to separate with the assistance of small sharp scissors were often damaged. Something to do with my 89-year-old fingernails and my 89-year-old eyesight? Very disappointed.”

“I received confirmation on the 31st October that my order had been posted, we are now 16 days later and it hasn’t come in the post or have I received any further correspondence. Try to call customer service no one ever answers or calls back after a message is left.”

“Personalised books were not at all as described. Quality was dreadful and they are more like pamphlets. So poorly bound that they completely fell apart as I read it to my child the first time. 8 pages fell out! At $25 a pop it’s a disgrace. I am disappointed as I’m too embarrassed to give the one I bought as a gift for my nephew. Such a shame bc labels are great.”
