“I have used my sons new lunchbox 3 times in the first week of school and his label has already deteriorated. I will have to replace it soon. The stickers seem to be fading and easily scratched already. I have used other brands in the past and they have our lives these after years of use. Will not be buying them again. Is there a refund available?”

“I ordered a personalised diary only to discover a printing error with the details of another customer half way through. I have tried contacting Tiny Me via email but no one got back to me, so I tired calling them and the phone number just rings out and the chat function said they were too busy and to try emailing them. I've normally had very good service from Tiny Me in the past however I am frustrated I can't get I touch to try and sort out the error. I understand mistakes are made and am not annoyed by this but the lack of customer service is terrible and I am beyond frustrated.”

“This product is awful. Being a good grandma I have been sewing and hemming my grandson’s school uniforms for the start of high school. I purchased your stamp to name tags his clothes and to my horror the ink has smudged and gone through on his white school shirts. Very badly done Tinyme”

“It has been 27 days since I ordered and I still don't have my product. First, it did not arrive by the expected arrival time (Dec 22), nor by Christmas. Second, when it finally did arrive at the parcelpoint location, I travelled there only to find the store was closed for holidays from Dec 22-Jan 3. Third, when I finally went on Jan 4, at 4:45pm, though the store was not meant to close until 5:30pm according to the business hours on their website, it was closed. This has all round been a terrible experience; I wish I could rate Tinyme lower than 1 star because I still don't have my order.”

“Parcel was ordered very early December and only arrived today, 30th December. The parcel contained Christmas gifts which were not able to be given on the day. When I queried about my parcel delivery, was told to be patience and hopefully they arrive by Christmas, which they clearly didn’t. Very disappointing experience.”
