Parcel was ordered very early December and only arrived today, 30th December. The parcel contained Christmas gifts which were not able to be given on the day. When I queried about my parcel delivery, was told to be patience and hopefully they arrive by Christmas, which they clearly didn’t. Very disappointing experience.
