“My order has been delayed by 2 weeks and still doesn’t look like it will arrive. While this is not Tinyme’s fault, their customer service did nothing to help me get my order but had instead ask me to follow up with parcelpoint as well as the pharmacy where it was supposed to be delivered. Very disappointing as it was a lot of running around for me, for an order that I will now ask to be refunded, as it’s still not arrived. Who has time for this?”

“Hi tinyme I'd ordered previously and been very happy. My latest order was faulty but was not recognised as such by the people who contacted me by email and phone. I was offered a refund. I just wanted iron on labels that work, so was disappointed. Bought some from a Hippo Blue that work fine.”

“Labels were very underwhelming. Could have done a better DIY job at home! I'm embarrassed that I told my sister to order some too before receiving mine ... There should also be an option for lower case letters for name labels.”

“My order still hasn't arrived over two weeks after I was told delivery would be. They have chosen a delivery partner who can't deliver stuff on time. Not impressed with the service either. When I ask if they can find out what is happening they say: "If we can allow more time on time on this one please that would be much appreciated as we are expecting the tracking to update soon." What else can I do but wait??”

“I’ve used various brands of name labels and I decided to try these because they had cute designs. They are extremely poor quality and more expensive than other brands. I am very disappointed with the quality, they scratched straight away, very poor. Haven’t lasted more than a week on anything.”

“I was really shocked that there was only 1 panel sheet of name stickers. Very expensive for what you get. Feel like something has changed from our previous order - definitely not good value for money now.”

“If I could give 0 I would. The wrong address was attached to my order. I understand this is my fault for not double checking but I wrongly assumed it would be sent to the address on my PayPal. When I reached out I was told that it was sent to the wrong address and that was the end of the communication. No alternate resolution was offered. I am now out money with no product. A very poor customer experience I won’t use this company again or recommend.”

“I have bought Tiny me labels from you for the last three years and been great but the batch I just received for both my kids in Jan wasn’t ‘cut’ fully. When I peel them off, two labels stick together. Not happy at all!”

“Usually my sticker company of choice but very delayed delivery then stickers did not resemble what we ordered in colours. Not a cheap price either! Now I need to return them and still have no stickers for school!”
