“Easy to purchase. Easy to pay. Beautiful presentation. Would have loved the 2 books to come in separate envelopes as they were birthday presents. Quick delivery, I was very surprised. Love my order!!”

“Fast shipping and the images look great. Some of the book labels backgrounds are too light in colour so the name doesn't stand out and at times hard to read. Book tags look great but I think next time I'll go for one that has a different method of connecting it to the bag. Think these ones may snap easily when used on a boys school bag”

“the service itself is great the end product and new changes to the lunch packs are great. I have order at 3 different times and the third time the spelling was incorrect, I felt confident I had given the correct spelling but what was really disappointing was that I was only offered 30% off and would have been happier with 50% off so we were sharing the possibility of a mistake being made by either of us”

“Very pleased with my order but wish the backpack size hadn't shrunk from when I previously ordered my last one two years ago. This bag is much smaller than the last one I ordered & no I didn't order the wrong size by mistake, this was the largest one I could see on the site”
