“Our name puzzle absolutely stunk when it arrived , it gave me a headache and I had to put it in the garage to hopefully get today off the smell . I emailed customer services and was completely fobbed off with \ it's just the glue smell\" . Really not good enough won't be ordering anything else after this experience if they think it's okay to send items out yo children smelling like that.”

“When my puzzles arrived the cardboard containers were slightly dented, which was probably due to inadequate padding in the postage parcel. I also think the cardboard boxes the puzzles are in are not strong enough, perhaps look at a stronger container. Also, perhaps slightly larger so the puzzle could be placed directly into the container without having to break it up into smaller pieces.”
