“I was very impressed. First time I've used online ordering with yourselves. I was kept upto date with order status. Unfortunately one of my items was damaged on delivery but j contacted customer services and the lady dealt with this very quickly and give me a refund. Did offer to replace item but I didn't want to take the risk so close to Christmas. Would Defo use again”

“I ordered a Dancing cat for a young boy that my niece fosters I received it promptly but I thought it didn't work (although it did) when I got on to customer services they couldn't have been more helpful the item was replaced immediately and one little boy was very happy with the cat.”
