“This has been the worst company I have ever used. I ordered this ring and it was randomly cancelled a few days later. When I enquired into it they stated they tried to contact me to verify who I was and I had not replied so my order was cancelled. I had no emails of contact so was puzzled. I sent a further two emails to have this looked into without a reply. I used chat to get to the bottom of this who stated as I had not replied to their email of verification my order was cancelled. NO EMAIL CAME THROUGH TO ME. No other means of contact was made and my order cancelled without warning. You would think more efforts to contact me before cancelling a high value order would have been made. I had verified who I was over the phone when I placed the order so not sure why it needs to be done a second time. I was told to place the order again wasting more of my time and more importantly not getting the discount price I ordered it at. I'll take my custom else where, shocked at the poor service/customer care this site offers. AVOID”
“I have bought lots and lots of items but I am scared to wear them. Because when I did the stones fell out, just having a meal I lost a AAA Tanzanite. Silver tarnishes easily, gold overlay not plated items lose the gold. And don't mention the prices. Check their prices with online sellers and you'll find their final price is the actual RRP price sometimes much high so no saving.”
“Not happy I've emailed tjc with regards to an order that was supposed to be fast tracked 3 days later the item is still not with me . Order number is 29310779 for Jimmy Choo sunglasses I now want my money refunded back to me I expected this item before I returned back to work as there will be no one home to take possession of the delivery. Fast tracked means 2 to 3 days at the most when I return items you get them back the following day and it seems to be cheaper to return them than what I pay for p&p from the channel. I'm fed up getting ticket numbers please just answer the question.”
“I took tjcplus out for 1month I even checked it was only for 1 month it had been put on every month so I cancelled it again and guess what checked my bank and it had been took for another month iknow you are loosening customers daily but you carnt be that desperate for money you have to take it frauduantly and will you sort my refund out returned 3 items and only got refunded for 2 I am told it will be refunded not holding my breath please sort this out if you keep on conducting business like this you won't have a business beware customers before shopping with tjc please think about it carefully”

The gold perfume is horrible, flimsy fragrance which doesn’t last and the emerald has a reasonable smell but it doesn’t last. Shan’t bother with your fragrances ever again. I would like to return them but with a prepaid label and a refund from you to apologise for selling rubbish to me ☹️”

“They mistakenly dropped a diamond ring to £399.99. They took the graphics off and when they came back it was £3999.99. They should have been made to sell the whole stock at the lower price. Andy hodgson and his innuendo with jenny is like schoolboy humour from the 1970s.”
“Room diffusers that the presenters say smell amaaaazinnng. Mine smell of F all. Then just lately they are making out that the jewellery price has gone too low. The fake shock look on their faces, and pretend phone calls from head office, but wait! They still drop the price even lower. We viewers aren't that gullible.”
“This company is terrible. I was over charged £20.00 and I have emailed them many times and spoke to someone on the phone. Emails never replied to person on the phone said you will only ever pay the final price shown on tv. It was £77.99 + p & p it also said this was the price on there website yet I was charged £99.99 + p & p but they took the money and now won’t reply. I will never use this company again. Appalling customer service.”
“Still waiting for response to my email I sent 2 days ago....when I asked agent to raise a complaint, I was told he would share my concerns with his manager/team!!
I said no, you should have a complaints dept but he wouldn't confirm whether or not TJC do have a complaints dept. TJC are not storing customer debit card details, they tried using an expired debit card for the monthly TJC Plus 9.99.
I gave them my new card last year & when I emailed them an agent told me there were 3 or 4 expired cards on my account which have only now been inactivated....I've asked for a Complaints reference number but like usual, no response. If I don't get a response I'm gonna report them to the Banking Ombudsman & Trade & Standards....They clearly don't have a complaint handling dept which I believe is breaking the law. Fed up with the agent saying they will share my concerns with the manager/team, nothing ever gets done! I do not expect a Company to keep my old expired card details on their system without deactivating them first. Used Live Chat last night, agent assured me someone will be in contact with me but I'm not holding my breath....dreadful way to treat their customers.”

Ordered 1 Moissanite ring with 30% off on 21.12.2022 £50.99 saying it had been dispatched with tracking, kept checking till the tracking was removed . Refunded by pay pal. Middle of February

Order 3, Moissanite ring won on auction £11.00 refunded by PayPal middle of February
Spoke to customer service 4 times they said it would be refunded the next Friday , no way to contact management , no apology ,it’s now middle of February , contacted pay pal who took my case , and have refunded me in full.
As for £ 1.00 Auction have also won quite a few times, but rarely got my Jewellery either out of Stock , or completely ignored any requests to full fill the prize . Not happy with the non customer satisfaction ,
Will never use T.J.C. again .”

“I purchased a homestart heater a couple of years ago and a few weeks ago it stopped working completely. All together I only used it for less than 3 hours in total. Tjc customer service is appalling. All I wanted was an address or contact number for homestart. I wrote around 3 emails to tjc with the same request of a contact for homestart. Each time they told me to contact homestart. I would NEVER buy anything of tjc again and I have to say I have purchased quite a few items in the past but luckily never needed to contact them before as it was the first electrical I had purchased. USELESS and the heater cost nearly a hundred pounds. I am a pensioner and this type of money is a fortune to me. Shame on you tjc”

“No help at all, waiting for 2 weeks for a ring, still not here, and they keep on asking for 3 more days and blaming the postal strikes (tracking is still showing "expecting your parcel") I have ordered and recieved many items that are not special delivery in the same 2 weeks, so somebody isn't telling the truth!. Customer service is non existent and no help at all, obviously reading from a script. Save your money and vote with your feet, disgusting excuse for a "company" my partner now has no Christmas present.”
