“I ordered an item with TJC on 09/04/22 which was displayed and presented live on air as a fantastic opportunity to purchase 2 rose bushes, and as always with this channel, it was like no-one else could provide....such a bargain which started at a ridiculously high price and worked its way down to a humdrum price that you would find in most hardening websites/stores. However, I thought it would save me going to one of these gardening centres or trawling the internet, so I placed an order. One month and three phone calls later....no plants and no returned call from a manager/supervisor as asked for. In the end I got some guy who didn't care at all for the inconvenience caused to me, not the fact that if I hadn't have repeatedly made the calls to follow -up on the items, who knows how long they would have kept my money and never sent the items. They are an awful, awful, awful company to deal with, and this is just one other poor review in a sea of poor reviews for this company!! I will never, ever deal with them again, (and I suggest that if you're reading this,) you do the same!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM TJC READ THIS FIRST.
I returned 2, Diamond, gold rings by special delivery to Tjc for a refund. They refunded one but took the £600 refund off the second one. I contacted them via there customer service India, as they don't give out any contact details for there UK employees even though this is were they are based. After 2 months of email and phone calls assuring me not to worry I will get my refund and keep giving me different time periods every time I contacted them as to when it would be in my bank.
Finally after 2 months I said I would take legal action. Within days of this they are now claiming not to have received the second ring even though they were in the same parcel . The weight of the parcel is recorded on my receipt and would not have come in at the recorded weight had there only been one in it, also both rings were recorded on the Tjc returns form I sent back . They are now trying not to give me back my £1499.00 refund. Tjc will not give me any proof of what they are basing there decision on and no one in the UK have contacted me or respond to my Breach of Contract letter I have sent to there UK head office by special delivery . I Will be taking Tjc to small claims court if I do not get my refund paid in full.
I have been a customer for a long time and spent a lot of money with Tjc and always paid in full for items I have kept, had I wanted the ring I would have bought it.”
“Cheap and badly made tat
Returned using signed for postage and they can't find it. It's been 3 week's of broken communication as it isn't an English customer service call center. Also it's a po box return address and as royal mail have informed me, it doesn't matter if you send it as a regular post, signed for or special delivery. All their post arrives in one big bag and nothing is signed for individually so very convenient when things get lost also cost you more money to return. Now I have the fight to get through to royal mail and try to get my money back via them as TJC are useless!”
“Never ever part with your money on these people they do not sort out problems . Not only do they keep your money and am talking hundreds of pounds but they keep the item also then send you round and round in circles, Till you have no option but to get others involved to go after them for what is legally yours, They are rip off merchants so please people keep well away from them, Spend your money at a jewellers instead, it’s worth staying away from them just for peace of mind, just don’t buy from them ever,”
“No stars from me. Worst customer service i've ever experienced. I ordered a one carat diamond cluster ring. The day i received it i noticed a stone missing and contacted customer service only to be told to expect a phone call within 48 hour. Never had a call and stuck with a ring that isn't worth the money i paid. TJC shouldn't be allowed to continue trading. Shoddy goods, non existing customer service and a very little chance of getting your money back when you don't get the goods you ordered”
“I purchased a bag for £29.99, when shown on their tv programme, thought great lovely bargin, when it arrived they had charged me £39.99, I called and they said they could not refund the overcharged amount but give me a credit, why can’t this company give money back it’s taken wrongly, the bag is also on its website for £29.99, what a con, I am sure they have done this to me in the past but thought it was me getting it wrong, now I know it’s them, miss selling items, trading standards needs to look into their operating procedure.”

“After shopping with TJC over the last few years, in the last twelve months or so I feel they have shot themselves in the foot. They are cashing in using the pandemic and people's fear to sell items at well inflated prices. The same items from the same brands were available on ebay at the time of purchase at a much cheaper price with free postage, as we found out to our disappointment. If this isn't cashing in I don't know what is. Only last night they were selling an oximeter for £19.99 plus postage. The same oximeter is available on ebay for £9.99 and free postage. Same applies to the digital thermometers TJC were selling on air today for £6.99 plus postage, the same kind of item can be purchased on ebay for less than £2.00 with free postage. On the 13/05/20 we purchased a UV sterilizing lamp from TJC to sterilize our room. When this arrived it wouldn't turn on, let alone do what TJC claimed it would do. We did get a refund but feel they're cashing in with over inflated prices on these types of items, plus things like toilet rolls, masks and gloves in this pandemic. The ethics of this company during this pandemic are disgusting. Buyer beware and check ebay and other selling channels prices before purchasing anything from this company.”
“Spent £700 on a piece of jewellery. Received it with a MASSIVE SCRATCH right in the middle (where is quality control?) Tried getting in touch with customer service to repair or replace immediately as its for a gift. Told to wait over 2 weeks and pay to send back. Also customer service hang up on me few times in the middle of conversation plus being told they can’t make any decisions or take any responsibility. Shocking experience that taught me I should have trusted people when they said ‘stay away from TJC’.”
