“Twice I’ve received a skirt that has a broken zipper, the material is cheap and the pleather mini skirt had a foul odor on it upon arrival. I decided to keep the items to spare me from another return.”
“The shipping from TOBI is super fast however the dress I ordered was not great. The quality was horrible. Both straps of the dress broke and I hasn’t been wearing it for an hour.”
“I bought 2 medium dresses. One fits fine and the other fits large/extra large. Had to return for store credit only and spent $25 on the return. I did not see the return fee wouldn’t not be refunded until the small print on the bottom of my order sheet that came with the dresses. I’m debating between risk using my store credit for another dress or end up paying more money for another refund. Not impressed.”
“Hit or miss. I’ve bought about 7 rompers or dresses from Tobi over the last two years. Half were very cute, flattering and decent quality for a good price.
The other half I had issues with the material quality. One romper was completely see through but it was only $11 so I threw it away. Second romper completely unraveled at the seams while I was wearing it. I was not given a refund for this one. My most recent dress arrived with a 2 inch rip in the side seam and obvious pulling at the zipper seam.
With quality this unpredictable I wish they had a better return policy. Even SHEIN has a better return policy. Lesson learned.”
