“Tokyo Treat boxes are awesome, and now you even get Ramen noodles now, and we love the drinks too. Japanese Kit Kats in every box, and new treats to try out. Love the new Booker that comes with the box that even tells me if the treats are suitable for Vegetarians. I love these boxes!!!”
“I purchased a 6-month prepaid "gift" subscription for my friends for their wedding. While the product itself is fine I cannot recommend the service at all. There are additional charges not stated in the original price for delivery each time. In addition, customs where I live, Ireland charge my friends each time a box is delivered to them. This has been quite embarrassing for both me and my friends as you hardly expect for someone to be charged each time they receive a gift. The possibility of customs charges were not made aware to me when purchasing.
Customer services have been extremely unhelpful thus far in helping with this issue. I would recommend looking elsewhere as I've seen some similar companies claim to provide free worldwide shipping. Whereas with this company both the sender and recipient will be charged for each "gift"”
“These boxes have been great! It’s pricey but each box is jam packed with different snacks every month and becomes worth it very quickly. The different kinds of KitKats an Fanta is amazing. My very first box had Maple Flavour KitKats which were delicious. That’s not even a flavour we have in Canada! Delivery is also a bonus as boxes are often delivered quicker than expected!”
“Amazing snacks look forward to it every month. Only downside is some times some of the snack are crushed. Love the addition of ramen in the monthly box, it was the push we needed to go for another year.”
“I already love Japanese snacks, but the great theming and variety of snacks make it more enjoyable. I also appreciate the pricing compared to others.”
“Upgrading your pamphlets to have the allergy information for each item is an absolute life saver! I really love your products and sharing them with family but knowing what is it isn’t safe was a bit tricky. Thank you so much!”
