I made the mistake of subscribing for a year and not deselecting 'Auto-renew.' After I saw a $540 charge on my AMEX for renewal, I canceled but was informed that I would not be refunded. On the plus side, I'll be receiving the same snacks every month until 2025. Looking forward to getting round crackers that remind Tokyo Treat of Easter Eggs in March.”
