“I signed up for a year (discounted boxes for a longer subscription why not), not knowing I'd be charged for the full year up front. After reaching out to the team (all I wanted to do was cancel and go back for the 1 month option), I was refused any help and told there was nothing that could be done. And if I didn't accept the box, another would be shipped at my cost. After reaching out to my bank, I was once again told nothing could be done, AND tokyotreat also magically stopped my boxes and walked away with my money. If you're thinking of trying them out, don't.”
