“BEWARE! The product, delivery and responses are good, BUT it is a purchase that renews automatically. You don't have a way to opt out unless you contact them to cancel the account. By then you might have been charged again and they will not refund anything. A total unfair money grab, and overpriced for what you get.”
“Overall I’m very happy with these boxes. I had some shipping issues in the beginning (mostly bc of the carrier in my country which they had no control over) and occasionally still have but customer service is always very friendly and helpful. I love the staples of the box like the KitKats, ramen and drink. It’s always a little bit of everything. Personally I’d prefer more sweet snacks instead of a mix of sweet and salty but I understand they’re trying to cater to a large audience with different tastes. Opening the boxes is always a fun experience: Lots of cute packaging, many textures and flavours I haven’t tried before. I don’t always like everything but there’s usually enough that I enjoy the box!”

Overall great, no issues with my box, just some confusion regarding an old promo. Offers a variety of food/drink as well, not just sweet stuff, like some other boxes do.”

The goodies fit the monthly theme pretty well, & I loved the extra sakura-themed cloth that came with my 3-month subscription purchase. The booklet is very helpful for identifying the snacks included as well as learning more about Japan & it’s culture. Overall, a great snacking experience.”
