“I had a horrible experience with TokyoTreat. I signed up for a 6 month subscription starting last September. During the 6 months I only received 1 box which was the December box- in February.
I frequently spoke to their customer service and nothing was done about this. When i did receive the 1 box, I had to pay extra for delivery.
Yesterday I found out they had auto renewed with no warning and charged me for an extra 6 months. I again contacted customer service and they said it was not possible to refund me. I am so angry, why would I pay for a product that I am not receiving! They just copy and paste the same responses to everyone. What they are doing at this point is theft!”
“If you look all the items up they will end up with the total of what you paid for the box I recommend the premium since it comes with more the delivery came here faster then expected aswell if you like trying new things I recommend it.”

“You get a lot of snacks, but the premium are the ones that are worth it. The rest are too many corn products. New shipping is so expensive to get it quickly. Id rather have the option for cheaper shipping that would take longer.”
