“Overall I’m very happy with these boxes. I had some shipping issues in the beginning (mostly bc of the carrier in my country which they had no control over) and occasionally still have but customer service is always very friendly and helpful. I love the staples of the box like the KitKats, ramen and drink. It’s always a little bit of everything. Personally I’d prefer more sweet snacks instead of a mix of sweet and salty but I understand they’re trying to cater to a large audience with different tastes. Opening the boxes is always a fun experience: Lots of cute packaging, many textures and flavours I haven’t tried before. I don’t always like everything but there’s usually enough that I enjoy the box!”
