The delivery is fast and the box is cheap (unlike JapanCrate, I had to wait 12 weeks for their box and it was expensive). Overall, great food and delivery. Snacks - All rice-based airy snacks. After two boxes, they seemed nearly identical. None of them were good. I have several snack subscription boxes and they all are better.

“Hello, I recommend to try at least once in a lifetime Tokyo treat, especially the sakura themed snacks. Kit Kat I like the most up until now and we haven't tasted everything yet. The delivery was very fast (on their site they said it would take more than a month to deliver it to Romania, but it came in about 20 days. If you are a Japan culture fan, you should try this nice pack.”
“Tokyo Treat has a good selection of snacks. Most of them are in small portions. The kit kats are probably the best out of the bunch. I love the Sakura-flavored stuff. They taste just like the snacks I had in Japan.”

“I had a horrible experience with TokyoTreat. I signed up for a 6 month subscription starting last September. During the 6 months I only received 1 box which was the December box- in February.
I frequently spoke to their customer service and nothing was done about this. When i did receive the 1 box, I had to pay extra for delivery.
Yesterday I found out they had auto renewed with no warning and charged me for an extra 6 months. I again contacted customer service and they said it was not possible to refund me. I am so angry, why would I pay for a product that I am not receiving! They just copy and paste the same responses to everyone. What they are doing at this point is theft!”
