I have to give 4 stars because I can't track the box All the way. So for about 2 weeks I had No idea where the box were.

“Tokyo treat was really good, unfortunately they don't have a very good system regarding refunds, I use to subscribe to them but due to covid 19 and missing 2 boxes, I decided to stop subscription as they can't do a refund or send a replacement box. They kept insisting that my box that they sent has not returned to their warehouse thus they can't do a replacement box. However it has been a year, so how long are they expecting to wait?”
