"This company is scammer\r\nPurchased Carote pans and pots set on 1st of December 2023 and received it 4th of January 2024. It took extremely long time to get here.\r\nAnd the products got damaged and they were in the dirty box directly no original box or anything. They sent me fake Carote pans and pots. Also those got damaged and I couldn\u2019t find any Carote logo on those pans and pots at all.\r\nOne more thing to tell, it has to be in full silicone turner in the box but wooden turner was in the box instead of it. I told them to make returning and refund. But they don\u2019t accept it. I\u2019ve started talking to my lawyer and will do some action to TOMTOP.\r\nThis is just ridiculous and illegal why are they still able to continue their scam company. Why don\u2019t police suspend their business??? There are a bunch of victims obviously.\r\nDon\u2019t buy anything from them!\r\nTheir products are totally fake."

Major rip off company down right thief\u2019s do not purchase anything ever they started charging my card without permission!!! This was after they didn\u2019t send what I paid for stating I needed to give them more money!!!"
