“I should have been told when I ordered the toner that shipment would be delayed because it was on backorder.”

“Delivery was prompt but the cartridge didn't solve my problem. I could not get my toner cartridge empty message to change so I am not able to use my printer. I have opened the cartridge you sent and I am not able to return it according to your policy so I am out of the money as I have to buy another printer.”
