“The product I ordered worked as intended. I was looking for the cheapest possible, and you were the ones who had it. Although you didn't respond to my email where I had asked some questions before purchasing. If you had communicated with me, then I would have given you five stars.”

“Good service, but one of the cartridge was not working properly (not working at all, in fact). I sent a message to your Customer Service and I did not receive any answer to my request.”
