About TONI&GUY:

TONI&GUY is the ‘Official Sponsor to London Fashion Week’ and create the hair for over 60 designer catwalk shows each year working with top designers including Giles Deacon, Todd Lynn, Jean- Pierre Braganza and William Tempest. Toni Mascolo and Brother Guy co-founded the first TONI&GUY salon in 1963 in Clapham, London, joined later by their two brothers Bruno and Anthony. By the late 1990’s the company had grown from a single salon to over a hundred in over 20 countries world-wide.
Driven by their philosophy of pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and delivering creativity, quality and consistency to every client, Toni and Guy Mascolo were one of the first to begin the franchising boom, with the first franchised salon opening in Brighton in 1988.
TONI&GUY have remained at the forefront of the hairdressing industry and has pioneered the professional hairdresser, exceeding all industry standards to make expertise available on a global scale.

The platinum + ghds in cobalt blue are amazing. I’m so pleased with them as I have really frizzy thinning hair and they make it look half decent. My old ghds broke a couple of weeks ago and I was lost with them but these are far superior to my old 13 yrs old original ones.

I bought these stylers for a Christmas gift for a family member, so I cannot comment much on the actual item other than to say the colour is gorgeous as is the heat resistant bag it comes with! A great combination, elegantly presented. .What I can comment on is the service, and here I have a positive and a negative experience. The positive::my order arrived very promptly, and all was packaged well. Most impressive indeed. The negative: exceptionally poor customer care. I tried to contact Toni&Guy prior to purchase ( was reduced to having to email- never an answer re phone: understandable given the lockdown situation) to ask an important question, but received no response at all. I took a chance and purchased said item as they were on offer, and wrote again - at least twice more. I DID receive a reply the last time I wrote but that was to let me know further info had to be sought and someone would get back to me. They didn’t. Given the price of the stylers and the relevance of my question, the lack of care and support in this area has, unfortunately, left its mark. For this reason and only this reason I would not be confident to repeat such an expensive purchase. I do not like to leave negative reviews and I am keenly aware of the challenges businesses are facing right now due to Covid related policies etc ( hence my support of them). However, this service was offered and operating, and to be left feeling that purchases are important for a company but that the actual customers really are not, isn’t pleasant. And for that reason, as the Dragons often say, ‘I’m out!’.

Disgusting. Lid of box was buckled and full of water stains and mould. Even worse than the box, the customer service was appalling. Told me it was damaged in transit when it was clearly the way it was stored. To not check a product fit for delivery is shocking beyond words... Sent photos of damage and telling me to send it back first and then they would replace it, I dont think so - I don't want another mouldy one. No compassion. Nearly 50 pounds of my hard earned money, I should have gone to another website and paid extra but I was obviously trying to save money. Lessons learned from myself I guess.

Hello, I would just like to mention this may not be due to tony and guy, I love this shampoo! However after paying £6 for next day delivery it has been over a week and I still have no idea where my package is! I have been using this shampoo for months and would recommend to all! But not impressed with the service here
