“As an engineering team with smart people from a range of backgrounds, we were constantly throwing complicated questions at Top 3D Shop during our first engagement on the demo and several months after that. They covered everything: from object preparation to the 3D scanning workflow to mesh post-processing and model optimization to the reverse-engineering workflow, and then they showed us examples on how to complete inspections. Provided super comprehensive responses about the market and the differences of solutions we were interested in. Recorded videos when we didn’t understand how the process works. Super knowledgeable and honest. They even referred us to their competitors, so we could test a different technology and compare the results. Today we’re happy users of the Scantech Simscan and appreciate both training and the great product we received.”

“I was looking for a great offer on the Raise3D Pro2. They offered a 5% discount, and were ready to help with an additional discount on filament. Got everything we wanted within the limited budget we had leftover. Planning to buy a 3D scanner from them in the near future. Top 3D Shop helped us tremendously.”

“Our school won a grant which we wanted to spend on a large-volume 3D printer. Top 3D Shop did a great job at advising us on the WASP machine, compared it with the available options on the market, and was our preferred choice. They then offered us the best price. Shipping was delayed thanks to COVID, but we were constantly informed on the progress and they even”

“Huge thanks to Alec for being so patient with answering my questions. I am satisfied with my choice of the QIDI Tech X-Max. I’ve originally considered the Creality CR-5 Pro, but learning about the machine's motherboard issues and the 3 refunds for this machine, I decided to spend more time in the research stage. Alec answered ALL my questions over a period of 2 months, and now I’m a happy user of the X-MAX, their support is very hands-on and I highly recommend the printer and both companies (QIDI and Top 3D Shop).”

“Our school had a limited budget, but we wanted to get a versatile 3D scanner that would cope well with both small and large objects. In the end, we purchased the Einscan Pro HD here. As advertised, the scanner works well with both types of objects. They helped me a lot with the choice. We didn’t appreciate the importance of the turntable at the beginning, but today this is the main tool for our classes. Within the limited time frame that we have during a class, the turntable is the fastest way to reliably scan an object and show to students how 3D scanning works. We’ve now expanded into scanning larger objects, and while this process is more difficult, both Einscan’s and Top 3D Shop’s teams were responsive and provided thorough responses on how to improve our results. “Great quality, competent salespeople. Bought the EinScan over there. In the past, we had a scanner which produced garbage results. Now we can actually deploy the scan as part of the product development cycle for our shoe making business. And the customer success training pack was of great help.”

“I’m satisfied. Philip was very hands on, examined my STL file, suggested a completely different technology for my projects, and he was right. Indeed, we produced much better surfaces with resin 3D printing than the FDM samples we received firsthand.”
