“Perhaps, they were the only store that covered all the brands I was interested in, and were able to talk about the differences between all of them on the spot. Their follow up emails were even better, summarizing everything we discussed in nice tables. In the end, I purchased the QIDI Tech i-Fast and I am looking into the Raise3D E2 once we scale our operations.”

“The things I liked: they called me back 15 minutes after I requested a quote. Answered all of my questions regarding printing and software. Agreed to 3D print my model before I’d buy the printer, the quality was better than I expected. The things I didn’t like: it took a while to get the print, but they informed me about the delays in advance. Verdict: overall, great experience, they had my best interests in mind. Very satisfied.”

“Great service, no complaints. Was looking for a high-temp 3D printer, hoping to get more reliable results with ABS, Nylon and PC. I was interested in Creatbot, and they were the first team to honestly advise me on the limitations of that machine rather than trying to lure me in with some time-limited discount offers. Ultimately, I still took the risk of getting that machine, and used their advice on the modifications and replacements that they’d make. The machine has its nuances, but is running quite well and the heated chamber is a huge advantage when compared to my oldie but goodie – FlashForge Creator Pro.”
