The things I liked: they called me back 15 minutes after I requested a quote. Answered all of my questions regarding printing and software. Agreed to 3D print my model before I’d buy the printer, the quality was better than I expected.
The things I didn’t like: it took a while to get the print, but they informed me about the delays in advance.
Verdict: overall, great experience, they had my best interests in mind. Very satisfied.
