“We were looking for a reliable 3D scanning device for our shoe making business. Top 3D Shop examined our photos, made a great recommendation for our projects. We’ve been scanning for a week and the results are better than what we expected. It will take some time to get our head around post-processing these scans to the quality we want them to, but this looks very promising.”

“I spent an hour on the phone with their 3D solutions specialist, he asked me a lot of questions about my application, told me everything about the options I considered and cleared my doubts. Then he sent me a HUGE follow-up email, and after reading more, I decided on the QIDI Tech X-MAX. The device came ready to work. Their support is great and the device works flawlessly.”

“Got the Phrozen following my friend's suggestions. My questions were answered over the phone, the packaging was neat, the printer came without any damages. The delivery guy mixed up the addresses but nothing significant. The device is everything I wanted for. Super great results. Thanks for the great customer service!”

“Got a 3D printer for our kid’s birthday here. My son was dreaming about a present like this for a long time and it’s his 10th bday. Didn’t know what model would be suitable but the seller talked to us on the phone and recommended QIDI. Everything was delivered within the promised timeline. The machine works great and training helped us a lot too.”

“Bought the Phrozen Sonic XL 4K for our dental lab. They did great. We spent multiple hours over the phone before making our choice. The printer was delivered well packaged. Using training materials provided by Philip, we learnt how to calibrate the printer and get it to work. Satisfied.”

“Bought both a 3D scanner and a 3D printer here. The reps are amazing, told us everything about the equipment and answered all the questions. The choice would have been much more difficult without their help. The device was neatly packaged, we started using it within 1 hour from the moment it was delivered. We liked the experience and will be buying filaments from them in the future. Recommended!”

“The good: The reps are responding quickly and explaining everything to the full extent. Provided me with sample print examples, detailed photo and video reviews. Basically, they did all my research for me and I’m very thankful. The bad: Couldn’t track my order status using the website, so I had to contact their representative for updates.”

“I bought a printer and filament, and they were delivered quickly. The only complaint is that UPS didn’t require a signature, but simply left the box outside. If it would have been stolen or damaged due to the rain, this review would have had a very different sentiment. I rate them B.”
