“Likely the only specialized 3D tech shop that I’ll ever work with. They help with everything from choosing equipment to buying filament. Bought an expensive 3D printer from this place. It works, prints and I have no complaints. I’ve been buying the filaments here, no complaints either.”

“Our startup recently bought the QIDI printer from this store. We were immediately provided with a special training pack for our device, even though we didn’t ask for it. Everything was delivered within the specified schedule. Very satisfied with the printer. And saved some money thanks to a discount on filaments.”

“Ordered an expensive 3D scanner from them. Great device! At first we wanted to buy a certain model but it wasn’t available. Didn’t want to wait for 3 weeks so they recommended an alternative version with better specs and fast delivery. Got it this week at our office. Works great.”

“I’ve been using the services of this online store for a year and a half. Been buying filament for my 3d printer and never regretted my choice. They’re quick to provide tracking info, explain when I will be able to receive filament and answer any questions I may have. The customer service operators are always warm and polite. The last time the filament I needed wasn’t available in 1kg spools. They called me, suggested filament by an alternative brand and replaced it, even though it was more expensive. Great!”

“We recently started our ebay business, making different figurines and souvenirs. I am in charge of printing and designs and my partner is in charge of sales and support. We are not yet ready to invest into professional equipment. We bought a desktop 3d printer at Top3D and its capabilities are enough for us. We also got materials from them several times. The prices are alright, had no problems with delivery so far.”

“Satisfied with the result. There was a lot of back and forth at the beginning, trying to clarify if my selected choice would actually work for me. I know what’s best for us, so didn’t need to spend so much time there, otherwise would rate 5/5. The final stage was done perfectly.”

The representative contacted me the same day I ordered the plastic and offered replacement since there weren’t enough products by the same brand. “They have a great blog with a lot of info and videos. I ordered Anycubic from them. Free shipping to my home address. Asked them several times about the delivery status, the reps seemed to be busy and provided me with a response only within several hours. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise everything is great.”
